1. Kastele huonekasvit edellisenä iltana. Valitse sopiva uusi ruukku, jossa juuripaakun ja ruukun seinämän väliin jää joka puolelta vähintään peukalon levyinen rako. 1. Water the plants the evening before repotting. Choose a new pot that leaves at least a thumb’s width between the root ball and the pot on every side. The pot should have a hole in the bottom in order to allow excess water to flow out. The bigger and faster growing the plant, the bigger the pot you need.
2. Peitä uuden ruukun pohjareikä paperinpalalla ja tee salaojitus kevytsoralla, kivillä tai ruukun palasilla. Ota kasvi pois vanhasta ruukustaan. Ravistele vanha multa pois hellävaroen, voit käyttää apunasi pehmeää harjaa.

2. Cover the bottom hole with a piece of paper and add expanded clay, stones or pieces of a pot for drainage. Remove the plant from the old pot. Shake off the old soil; you can also use a soft brush.
