Tähän asuntojahdin pyörteisiin joutuneena on pakko tehdä pientä vertailua. Jos joku väittää, ettei Helsingissä ole asuntokuplaa, niin mitä tämä sitten on. Vedetäänpä hatusta summa 350 000 e (ja todellakin hatusta) ja mitä sillä saisikaan:

Niin että mitä tässä sitten tavallinen lapsiperhe tekee? Olisiko lukijoissani ennustajaeukkoja tai asuntomoguleja, jotka kertovat, että mennäkkö vuokralle odottamaan kuplan puhkeamista vai iskettävä kiinni, kun vielä voi saada muutaman neliön haluttua Helsinkiä itselleen.

This apartment hunt is really grazy here in Helsinki. Prices are really too far from normal family. Here is an example. If you got 350 000 e (don’t have, but just an example), here is what you can get:
